Shipping Costs

Complimentary shipping for all order over $99 within AUS. Complimentary shipping for these orders is automatically applied during the checkout process and are shipped via AUS POST.

Orders under $99 have the option of $10 Standard Shipping or $15 for Express Shipping.

 

Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and are shipped within 72 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that orders are shipped out.

Please expect delays with all deliveries during this time due to flights being grounded and delays occurring with customs clearances that are constantly changing. Unfortunately, these delays are out of our control but we are keeping in contact with our shipping partners to make sure that everything keeps moving. If you experience any difficulties while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email hello@bylepair.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.
If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process (eg, incorrect/incomplete address), By Le Pair reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $10AUD.
